Welcome to LiveLink. By using the service you agree to these terms — kept short and in plain language on purpose.

The service

LiveLink lets you create, edit, and share business documents (invoices, proposals, receipts, portfolios) through WhatsApp and the web, and notifies you about activity on them. The assistant drafts documents from what you tell it — you are responsible for reviewing every document before sending it to a client.

Trial & billing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with the full product. After that, LiveLink Pro is currently available as a limited-time $15/month promo, payable by card (Stripe) or by Whish arranged over WhatsApp. Cancel anytime; your data is not deleted when a trial or subscription ends.

Payments between you and your clients

LiveLink displays your payment details and relays payment reports between you and your clients. Unless a payment goes through an integrated processor, the money moves directly between you and your client — LiveLink is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or non-payment.

Fair use

Don't use LiveLink for anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive (including spam or fraudulent invoicing). We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Your documents and data remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them only as needed to run the service (e.g. serving your public document links).

No professional advice

Documents generated by LiveLink are not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Check the requirements that apply to your business.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on WhatsApp.
