LiveLink is a WhatsApp-based assistant for creating and sharing business documents. This page explains, in plain language, what we store and why.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp number — it identifies your studio account.
• Messages you send the assistant (text, voice notes, photos) — used to draft and edit your documents.
• Your document content — invoices, proposals, portfolios, receipts, and the client and project details you add to them.
• Basic activity events — e.g. when a document link is opened or a client reports a payment, so the assistant can keep you informed.

How it's used

Only to run the product: drafting your documents, hosting your links, sending you notifications, and processing your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Meta (WhatsApp) carries the conversation, under its own terms.
• AI providers process message content transiently to extract document details (e.g. names and amounts from a voice note).
• Stripe processes card subscription payments; we never see your card number.
• Our servers and database are hosted in the EU (Frankfurt); images are served via a CDN.

Your documents, your data

Document content belongs to you. Message us on WhatsApp anytime to export your data or delete your account — deletion removes your documents, links, and client records.
