We want paying for LiveLink to feel as low-risk as trying it for free. Here's exactly how refunds work.

Try before you pay

Every account gets a 14-day free trial with the full product — no card required. You only pay once you decide to continue, so there's no "trial refund" to worry about.

Your first payment: 7-day money-back guarantee

If LiveLink isn't for you, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

After that: cancel anytime, no partial refunds

LiveLink Pro is a monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again — but we don't refund the remaining days of a month that's already been paid for. Your access, and your data, continue until the end of the period you already paid for.

Card payments

Refunds for card payments are issued back to the original card and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Whish payments

Since Whish transfers move directly to us, a Whish refund is sent back the same way — message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it promptly.
